The 8-story historical KC landmark was a treat to help remodel and update to the 21st century wave in the Westport area of Kansas City. As a complete mechanical contractor we were able to re-engineer the basement central system to install and supply a return loop through the building to the cooling tower on the roof. We then put in a new Daikin VRF system to condition the newly designed co-working spaces, gyms, dance studios, and the like, by ways of 48 roof mounted condensing units. Another challenging project, with a large crew working with no elevators, and one great crane operator, but the job was a success. Bringing another KC building from the historic start to the 21st century.

LG VRF system installed via 6 roof mounted condensing units to vary heating and cooling in each of the 4-story buildings wings hallways and office spaces. Coordination to keep half the building and certain floors operating and comfortable while installing other floors created a coordination maze, but we were able to work with the building maintenance and finish the job on time and under budget.

Existing Building had steam coming from there central Plant. They had a Steam leak in the ground and this was going to expensive repair. They only had window units and some central air units for building. We worked up a design for them installing Daikin VRV System for the whole building.
